🎯 Your Mission :
As a Business Development Representative for Palamatic Process, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the industrial sector. Your role will involve identifying and developing business opportunities, establishing long-lasting relationships with clients, and closely collaborating with technical teams to customize offered solutions. You will also contribute to the development of marketing strategies and promotional initiatives.
Your tasks will include :

- Identify and prospect new industrial clients across the East Coast
- Develop and structure a network of local sales representatives
- Generate qualified leads
- Conduct on-site visits to understand customer needs
- Gather technical requirements and transmit structured briefs to our engineering team in France
- Present and defend proposals prepared by our headquarters
- Drive negotiations and close new businesses
- Develop long-term strategic accounts from scratch

Engineering, costing, and proposal drafting are handled in France.
Your job is to open doors. Create opportunities. Build partnerships. Generate revenue.

The desired profile :
- Able to understand technical industrial environments with a passion for sales
- Proven experience in B2B industrial sales and strong track record in new client acquisition
- Resourceful and proactive individual who enjoys challenges and thrives in a dynamic environment
- Experience developing territories or building markets
- Ability to work with tools in French language (database, etc.). French proficiency is a plus
- Strong technical background in industrial environments including the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layout plans.
Experience in powder handling, bulk material processing, industrial equipment, or process industries is a strong plus.
French is not required, but being comfortable working with an international team is essential.
